My stay at The Reef 28 Hotel & Spa was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was perfect, right next to Quinta Avenida, but the noise from the rooftop party scene made it hard to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marco and Mike, who made our experience more enjoyable. The food was tasty, particularly at the on-site Mexican restaurant, but the service could be inconsistent at times.
